The décor creates an inviting atmosphere that’s both homely and stylish, making it an ideal spot for families, friends, or even solo relaxation.

The menu at Let's Fika wonderfully showcases classic Swedish fare. Start your day with the Basic Swedish Breakfast, featuring a soft boiled egg alongside rye crisp bread delicately topped with a rich layer of Swedish caviar that offers a unique salty sweetness. For lunch, the café excels in gourmet sandwiches; the Prawns, Egg & Homemade Mayo Sandwich is a must-try, packed with flavorful, fresh ingredients. You won't want to miss the Meatballs & Beetroot Salad Sandwich that Esther lovingly professed to be absolutely delicious, highlighting the vibrant flavors of beetroot that complement the savory meatballs perfectly. Each bite is both comforting and satisfying— the kind that warms your heart.

No fika experience is complete without sweets, and Let's Fika shines here as well. Guests rave about the thin Swedish waffles, served with homemade raspberry jam and fluffy cream; a sure delight that Amy described as simply irresistible, evoking joy and a sense of indulgence. And if you're in the mood for a warm-up after your meal, there's an excellent selection of hot drinks, including robust Tea and aromatically spiced Chai Lattes.

From Robin’s account of lively chats with the friendly staff—who share insights about life in both Australia and Sweden—to Gayle’s refreshing breakfast after a day of shopping, the café is clearly loved and appreciated.

We had a lovely time at this cosy and beautifully decorated little place. We only wanted deserts so tried coffee and Swedish waffle and homemade ice cream. The waffle is very thin with just the right amount of sweetness, served with delicious homemade raspberry jam and fluffy cream. Pictured is only half of what we received because my husband gobbled down his half before I could take the photo , for $6 it's quite a steal. The home made ice cream was laced with interesting Swedish flavours, tasted a lot better than it looks on the photo. Overall we really enjoyed our time there, the food was delicious and the service by the cafe owners was just lovely. It's a shame that even though Freo was very busy today only a handful people were in this hidden little gem. Check it out next time you are in Freo looking for a quiet place to rest your feet or catching up with friends for a chat. I know we will surely go back again.

A hidden gem in Fremantle. Cozy little cafe just off the main street. They offer a good selection of typical Swedish fika. Well worth a visit with friends and family. Friendly staff who enjoyed a chat about life in Australia and Sweden. My wife really loved the räksmörgås, prawn sandwich with lots of goodies on top. I went for a waffle which as delicious. They also sell some Kaviar and other items in the cafe :) Excellent place to sit down and read for a bit and plan your next travels or just unwind after a stressful week.

Feels like we were transported to Sweden for Fika over the weekend. Food was absolutely delicious especially the beetroot in my meatball sandwich. Kids loved the waffle and hot dogs & wiener were yummy. I had the daily brew coffee and it was very fragrant & strong. Free refills included. Will be back to try out other items on the menu. Tack själv for the lovely food & service!

Lovely lunch here after shopping at the Fremantle Market. Gorgeous atmosphere, very homely and excellent for overstimulated kids after the hustle and bustle of the markets.

Gorgeous sweet cafe tucked away in a lovely part of Fremantle off the Cappuccino Strip. Had a very refreshing and tasty breakfast along with good coffee. Just what we needed on a hot day before Christmas shopping!

Absolutely delicious pastries and the best ice cream I’ve ever had! Get the cookie ice cream it’s home made as are all the pastries! The chocolate balls are so yummy and the fresh made cinnamon buns are amazing. I also had the chai hot chocolate, this place is one of the best cafes in Perth! Warm and friendly owners!!

Just like having lunch at my grandmother’s house, right down to the music! Situated in piazza arcade this Swedish restaurant restaurant serves favourites like pickled herring and smoked salmon that you struggle to find elsewhere. There was a bit of confusion with my order, and the power also went out in the kitchen, but the staff were lovely enough to remake it for me and pleasant to talk to. Their swedish cafe is also refillable and tastes great! Though I wish my sandwich had a bit more herring and less butter these are minor gripes. They were out of their home baked light rye, but I didn’t mind the sourdough I was served instead.
